Now here is my new motivation!
Tonight I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting. Why didn't I do this months ago? this is perfect. Need to find a place where you can be yourself, pour out all your frustrations.. plus get weighed - in ? well WW is the place!
I'm excited and happy to have found my new " church"
= my place of worship, my place of peace, my place of joy, my place of a cure, my place of new friends, my place of new mentors ... etc.. etc..
next tuesday is my second weigh-in.. stay tuned!
