Cottage Life is NOT bad for you!
I just got back from a 4 day mini vacation to the Georgian Bay area of Ontario. I went with some family members to a rented cottage. Of course cottage life equals lots of sitting and relaxing, and reading, but can also include movement and exercise that at first you don't really realize your doing!... like lots of swimming, canoes, long walks, etc... I was surprized, and happy to see the results on my scale this morning that I didn't gain any weight over these 4 days. In fact I lost! Even though I had burgers, and chips and beer and cheese... you know cottage food! But still the sun, water and fresh air is the part that is totally healthy for you... yaaaah!
